Chairman of the board

MR. DARREL DIGAL, Filipino and of legal age, is the Chairman of the Board and President of Atharra Residences, Inc. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been in the field for over 10 years. He is a Recipient of multiple awards as a Real Estate Sales Professional.
His concurrent positions include President & CEO of Atharra Development Corporation & Board Member of the same corporation alongside Atharra Primeland Corporation, Amira Land Development Corporation, Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders (CEO Builders) and Young Urban Property Professional Incorporated (YUPP).
His various related affiliations include, but is not limited to, the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association, Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Cebu and Bohol Chapters, National Real Estate Association, National Association of Realtors, Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines-Bohol where he serves as Treasurer, and JCI-Bohol where he currently is appointed Director for Business.
He finished courses in Real Estate Management from De La Salle- College of St. Benilde in Manila, and National Real Estate Association, Inc. in Cebu. To strengthen his craft, he completed various capacity building programs pivotal to business directions and operations: Strategic Planning and Operational Planning, Strategic Leadership, Operational and Functional Planning, Business Administration, and Innovative Leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Silliman University.

MR. GODFREY S. DIGAL, Filipino and Board Member. He holds the position of President of both Amira Land Development Corporation and Atharra Primeland Development Corporation. He is a licensed real estate broker and is a Recipient of various distinctions as a Real Estate Sales Professional. He is the current President of Atharra Primeland Development Corporation and is holding both the positions of President and CEO of Amira Land Development Corporation. Aside from Atharra Residences Inc., he sits as a Board Member of the following companies: Atharra Development Corporation, Amira Land Development Corporation, Atharra Primeland Development Corporation, Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders (CEO Builders) and Young Urban Property Professional Incorporated (YUPP). MS. GEMMA C. ABUCEJO., Filipino and of legal age, is a Board of Director of Atharra Residences, Inc. Aside from being a Board of Director, she is currently managing her businesses in Mindanao: hotels and rentals of commercial spaces. Furthermore, she finished Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Since then, she was employed as a Sales Engineer in the Island Tradewinds Phils. Inc. for three (3) years. During the time, she maintains her professional and technical knowledge by attending various workshops, committing to further studies and participating in professional societies. She also managed her business in the field of Industrial Chemicals for five (5) years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree at Southwestern University.

Alexander B. Zafra Jr.

MR. ALEXANDER B. ZAFRA, JR., Filipino and of legal age, is a Board Member of Atharra Residences, Inc. He is currently the President of Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders (CEO Builders), a company that engages in designing and building residential houses and commercial buildings, including home and office improvements. Mr. Zafra is also the incumbent Vice President for Operations of Atharra Primeland Corporation. He also sits as a Board Member of the company alongside other partner real estate companies: Amira Land Development Corporation, Construction Experts and Outstanding Builders (CEO Builders) and Young Urban Property Professional Incorporated (YUPP). He finished his Real Estate Management Course from the National Real Estate Association, Inc. in Cebu, and has been in the real estate sector for more than 10 years. He continues his pursuit to knowledge acquisition and competence enhancement programs crucial to the performance and delivery of his strategic functions. Among these programs are Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, Strategic & Innovative Leadership, Operational and Functional Planning, and Business Administration. His various related affiliations include, but is not limited to, Bohol Chamber of Commerce, Industry (BCCI) and Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP), Construction Manpower Development Foundation and Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB).
